Inbox Autopilot is a portfolio demonstration of an AI email-automation pipeline. It requires no account and no sign-in. This page explains what data the demo handles when you use it.
What we process
When you send a test email through the demo composer (or directly to the demo address), we process the email's subject, message body, and any PDF you attach. This content is delivered to a dedicated demo inbox and run through an automated pipeline that classifies the message and, for invoices, extracts fields such as vendor, amount, and due date.
To prevent abuse of the demo, we keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address solely for rate limiting. We do not store your raw IP address. Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process connection and device signals under Cloudflare's own terms.
What appears publicly
Processed results are shown in a public live feed to demonstrate the pipeline. Sender email addresses are masked, and message bodies from external senders are not displayed. PDFs you upload are emailed to the demo inbox and are not stored by this website.
Retention
Demo data is transient and may be cleared or reset at any time without notice. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or real personal information through the demo.
What we don't do
We do not create user accounts, run advertising trackers, or sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
The demo relies on a small set of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and a third-party AI model provider used to classify messages.
